Public issue of up to 10,32,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs.144 per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs.134 per Equity Share) (The "Issue Price"), aggregating up to Rs.14.86 crores ("Issue") of the issue, 52,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.0.75 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
