Initial public offer of up to 14,300,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sonaselection India Limited ("The Company" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 99 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 89 per equity share) (the "Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 141.57 Crores (the "Issue"). The issue will constitute 25.16% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 99 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 9.9 times of the face value of the equity shares, respectively.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 150 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each and in multiples of 150 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- thereafter.
