Initial public offering of up to 9,999,999 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of A-One Steels India Limited ("the Company" or the "Company" or the "Issuer Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 405 per equity share (Including A Premium of Rs. 395 Per Equity Share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 405.00 Crores (the "Offer"). The offer comprises of a fresh issue of up to 8,765,432 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 355.00 Crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 1,234,567 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 50.00 Crores Comprising an offer for sale of up to 493,827 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 20 Crores by Sandeep Kumar, up to 493,827 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 20.00 Crores by Sunil Jallan and up to 246,913 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 10.00 Crores by Krishan Kumar Jalan (the "Promoter Selling Shareholders" and collectively the "Selling Shareholders", and each individually, as a "Selling Shareholder" and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholders, the "Offer For Sale"). This offer includes a reservation of up to 49,382 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 2 Crores (constituting up to [*] % of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital) for purchase by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer would constitute [*]% and [*]%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital. Price Band: Rs. 385 to Rs. 405 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price is 38.5 times of the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 40.50 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum quantity of 37 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each and in multiples of 37 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each thereafter. A discount of Rs. 38 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
