Initial public offering of up to 13,133,858 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Xtranet Technologies Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 120-127 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 110-117 Per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 166.8 Crore ("Issue").
