Initial public issue of up to 54,00,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Bhadora Industries Limited ("Company" or "Bhadora" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) 103 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of (Rs) 93 per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to (Rs) 55.62 crores of which up to 2,73,600 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10 each for cash at a price of (Rs) 103 per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) 93 per equity share aggregating to (Rs) 2.82 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 51,26,400 equity shares of face value of
