Initial public offer of upto 43,20,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Samay Project Services Limited ("the Company" or "Samay Project " or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) [*] per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) [*] per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to (Rs) [*] crores ("the issue"), of which upto 2,28,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10/- each for cash at a price of (Rs) [*] per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) [*] per equity share aggregating to (Rs) [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The floor price is 3.2 times the face value and Cap price is 3.4 times the face value of the equity shares.
